For the soon-to-be launched pink paper of DNA, the process of appointing reporters has begun. One journalist was told that he would get a particular salary for the first three months and in case the circulation in his city reached a figure near 20,000 in this period he will be offered double the salary.
Naturally the journalist asked what the circulation and marketing guys would do if his appraisal is solely based on circulation figures. And he is not alone who faced the interview. No prizes for guessing who took the interview. I won't be more specific.
