After the Meerut fire, the Times Now carried its lead...Politicians reach the spot to score points. What kind of journalism is that? We may be cynical to the core but that does not give us the right to paint everybody with the same brush and make such sweeping statements.
If they don't go you will blast them. If they go, you call them 'Scoring points over dead bodies'. And what journos go for? Getting stories over bodies, how it feels if somebody says that. I have hears this...journos come like vultures.
You must do good stories and understand the role of media. It is doing no good to the families of the affected persons nor it is going to make any prompt action. It will just make cynical people more cynical and that's bad.
